Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2025

Here’s our privacy policy, translated from lawyer into human.

What we collect:

  • Basic, anonymous analytics (which pages get read, roughly where in the world readers are). This tells us whether the laundry posts or the bedtime posts are winning. Currently it’s a bloodbath.
  • If you email us, we have your email address. Shocking, we know. We use it to reply to you and for nothing else.
  • Standard cookies that make the site remember things like your preferences. The boring kind of cookie, not the kind hidden on the top shelf.

What we don’t do:

  • We don’t sell your data. Frankly, we’re not sure anyone would buy it.
  • We don’t run creepy tracking that follows you around the internet. We have kids; we know what it’s like to be followed around everywhere.
  • We don’t send newsletters you didn’t ask for.

Third parties: Our analytics provider and hosting company process basic technical data under their own privacy policies. Links to other sites (including products we recommend) take you to their turf, where their rules apply.

Questions? Email hello [at] unethicalhacks [dot] com. We’ll answer like humans, because we are humans, and mostly tired ones.
